I guarantee for everything except neglect. You need to be home to sign for package on the first delivery attempt or all guarantees are off. I can't be blamed if someone tells me they are going to be home to accept snake and then is not there when snake arrives.  Then the box is sent back into the truck and has to travel around all day in the heat or cold. It's not fair to me or the snake. Please, You need to be home when you tell me you are going to be home. Telling me you are going to be home and then not be there when the snake arrives is the worst possible thing you as a buyer can do........ I AM responsible for carrier errors . NOT YOU.( I think blaming the customer for a blunder the shipping company made is just plain ridiculous especially since the seller usually picks the shipping company and sets up shipping). ........I will give refund for first 14 days and replace animal with an animal of similar quality for 1  year .........
